● Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles by UPS, to arrive within 3-12 business days from receipt of your order.
● Please allow up to 2 business days to process, and pack your order.
● The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order.
● Our normal shipping and order processing days are Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday do not count as shipping days.

● Once it ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
We ship to commercial address. Please ensure that all detailed shipping instructions are entered properly before proceeding with your order. Additional cost may be applied to residential address shipments.
The carrier used is determined after an order is placed and depends on the merchandise ordered and the delivery address. If your postal address is different from your physical address, please provide both.
Oversized or overweight orders may ship via freight line. In those cases average transit times will be extended and a delivery signature is required.
Lift Gate Instructions: If Lift Gate service are required, we will charge a fixed cost of $7 per CBT
We use the following standardized non-stackable 2 way pallet-sizes: (4` x 4` x 8), (5` x 5` x 8`), (4` x 5` x 8`)
We only ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.
We CANNOT ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, or US Virgin Islands.
We do not currently ship to Post Office boxes or FPO/APO addresses.
Orders can be submitted via our website, but will not be processed, delivered or counted as in-transit on the following major holidays and company closures:

An email confirmation is sent to you when the order is shipped. The email will include information and instructions on how you can track the shipment of your order online.
