Q: Do I need a business license to purchase an item?

A: Yes, this website is for customers who have a business license and are reselling merchandise. Please upload a copy of your seller`s permit in the registration process.

Q: I already have an account with BDK, do I have to fax my Seller`s permit again?

A: No, you don`t need to. After you create your online account, please contact us (323) 585-4949 to activate your login credentials.

Q: I just created my account, Why can’t I see my prices and inventory?”

A: We need to verify that your information is correct and that you are legitimate re-seller. Once approved, we will activate your online account and send you a confirmation email.



HOW TO ORDER ONLINE

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?

A: We accept MasterCard and Visa. We do not keep credit card information online.

Q: Can I place the order and pay later by phone?

A: You can place the order online and pay later by phone. Please contact us at (323) 585-4949 to arrange you Credit Card On File payment option.

Q: Can I pick up the goods on your location?

A: If you are close to our wholesale locations in either Los Angeles or New Jersey, you can pick up your BDK merchandise at either of our wholesale locations.
